Roofing

We manufacture high quality roofing using Galvanised and Chromadek Products.  Our Galvanised Roofing comes in Thicknesses from 0,4mm to 0,8mm and our Chromadek Range starts from 0,4mm to 0,8mm.  The Galvanised product comes in varying qualities starting from Z100 up to Z250.

In addition to the above we also manufacture Ridges, Flashings, Hip Caps and are able to Crank and Bullnose the sheets to your specification.

Chromadek® is produced with a minimum zinc coating of Z200 and Chromadek Ultim® in Z275

The top coat paint system has been specifically developed for the harsh African sun (UV environment)

Ongoing paint development has led to four heat reflective Chromadek® and Chromadek Ultim® colours

Chromadek® has the following advantages:

• Improved edge protection
• Less prone to formability cracking that could lead to corrosion problems
• All Chromadek® and Chromadek Ultim® material is branded on the back of the sheet
• Chromadek® is the registered trademark for the range of organic coated steels manufactured solely by ArcelorMittal South Africa
• By specifying Chromadek®, the purchaser can be certain that the product has been comprehensively tested and evaluated with full technical back-up.
