SnapLOK®™ Concealed Fix, Standing Seam Roofing System
The SnapLOK®™ Standing Seam Concealed Fix Roofing system has been developed after extensive research to find a suitable roofing product for low pitch applications in the African environment. It addresses thermal expansion and contraction and ensures a watertight seal during heavy rainstorms.
Watertight and Strong
Concealed fixing means no holes that can expand over time. This prevents fatigue and loosening of fasteners caused by thermal changes. Deep vertical ribs and various pan widths (356mm to 610mm) enhance water capacity and runoff, making it ideal for heavy rain. We also offer a Mechanical Seaming system for a perfectly sealed overlap.
Economy
The SnapLOK®™ sheet's 63mm profile depth and patented concealed fixing system enable it to be used on low pitched roofs, reducing costs and making it economically attractive.
Flexibility
An advantage of the Zambezi Steel SnapLOK®™ System is its portability. The mobile factory can visit the site and roll the product directly there. This enables the rolling of longer material lengths directly onto the roofing structure, reducing material overlap and potential leaks. Additionally, this method decreases transportation costs and minimizes damages from transportation and handling.
Profile Specifications
Variable width between 356mm and 610mm and a profile depth of 63,5mm Minimum Pitch of 1 Degree Chromadek®™ and AluZINC ISQ 550 materials in a variety of colour options.
