Roofing & Cladding

Alububble Insulation

Advanced bubble insulation for superior thermal protection and condensation control.

Product Overview

Alububble is a premium multi-layer insulation product consisting of one or more layers of polyethylene air bubbles sandwiched between highly reflective aluminum foil. This unique construction creates an effective thermal break that provides superior insulation performance.

Combining radiant barrier and thermal insulation properties, Alububble offers exceptional protection against heat transfer, condensation, and noise. It's the ideal solution for metal roofing and cladding applications in Zambia's demanding climate.

Key Features

Dual-Layer Protection

Combines reflective foil with bubble insulation for superior thermal performance.

Condensation Control

Prevents metal roof sweating and moisture damage to structure and contents.

Lightweight & Flexible

Easy to handle, cut, and install with minimal labor requirements.

Layer Options

Single Bubble

One layer of bubble between two aluminum foil layers. Ideal for light-duty applications and general residential use.

Double Bubble

Two layers of bubble between three aluminum foil layers. Superior thermal performance for commercial and industrial applications.

Triple Bubble

Three layers of bubble between four aluminum foil layers. Maximum insulation for extreme temperature environments.

Installation Guidelines

Install with reflective side facing the interior of the building
Allow a minimum 20mm air gap for optimal performance
Overlap joints by 50-100mm and seal with aluminum tape
Drape between purlins or fix directly to roof sheeting
Secure with aluminum tape or mechanical fasteners with washers
Ensure continuous coverage - tears can be repaired with aluminum tape

Sisalation vs Alububble Comparison

Sisalation

Thin, lightweight reflective foil. Primarily a radiant barrier and vapor barrier. Best for general roofing where cost is a primary factor.

Alububble

Thicker bubble insulation. Combines radiant barrier with thermal insulation. Best for metal roofing where condensation and heat are major concerns.
